These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Blitz Global LLC, which owns and operates the FollowHarbor product ("FollowHarbor", "we", "us"). By using the website or service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The service

FollowHarbor provides lead follow-up communication automation and related operational services. Client-specific scope, fees, service levels, and data-processing terms are governed by the written agreement between Blitz Global LLC and the client.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, use the service lawfully, maintain a lawful basis for contacting leads, and obtain any consent required for email or text messaging. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving professional or regulated content sent on your behalf.

Acceptable use

You may not use FollowHarbor for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unsolicited communications; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; or use the service to provide legal, medical, financial, or tax advice without appropriate professional responsibility.

Ownership

Blitz Global LLC and its licensors own the FollowHarbor software, website, content, and product marks. Clients retain ownership of their data and materials, subject to the limited rights needed for Blitz Global LLC to provide the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The website and any pre-contract materials are provided as available and do not promise a particular business outcome, response rate, or deliverability rate. Any warranties, liability limits, payment terms, or service commitments for a client engagement are stated in the signed agreement with Blitz Global LLC.

Changes, governing law, and contact
