FollowHarbor is owned and operated by Blitz Global LLC ("FollowHarbor", "we", "us"). This policy explains how Blitz Global LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through FollowHarbor.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit through audit, intake, and contact forms, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and message. When we provide services to a client, we also process lead contact details, inquiry content, message history, delivery events, consent records, and suppression records on that client's behalf.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, provide and secure the service, send client-approved communications, prevent abuse, maintain suppression lists, prepare reports, process billing, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Controller and processor roles

Blitz Global LLC is the controller of account, billing, website, and direct inquiry data. For lead data supplied by a client, Blitz Global LLC acts as a processor or service provider on that client's documented instructions, and the client remains the controller.

Service providers

We share information only with providers needed to operate FollowHarbor, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing, security, and support providers. They may process information only for the services they provide to us.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, contractual commitments, suppression records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by emailing hello@followharbor.com. Marketing email includes an unsubscribe method. If we process your data for a client, we may direct your request to that client.
